How to submit
Upload Files:Please upload a plain text file of numerical gene expression values with rowname as gene identifier and colname as sample ID. For this version, only count (without log transformation) and gene symbol are supported. FPKM, TPM, Gene ID and Ensembl ID will be supported in next version. Example of data format:
